A healthy and delicious lunchbox filler, quinoa is also rich in antioxidants beneficial to your heart and other organs
Ingredients
1 cup quinoa
tumeric and black pepper
1 cup coconut milk
1 cup of vegetable broth
Preparation
Once the quinoa is rinced and washed, add
all the ingredients and once it starts to boil
cook on lower heat for 12/15 min uncovered.
Then put the lid on, stop the heat and cover
for 10 more minutes. You can they fluff it
with a fork. Eat it warm or cold as a salad
with toasted sesame seeds and orange
segments.
