Homemade Granola

About the Recipe

This granola is so yummy that you will want to have it for breakfast, lunch and dinner! Made with natural sugars and whole ingredients it is also so much healthier and tastier than anything you could find on a supermarket shelf!

Ingredients

  • 2.5 cups of rolled oats

  • 3/4 cup of instant oats or oat flour

  • 1/2 cup grated coconut

  • 1/2 ground almonds + 1 tbsp ground flaxseed

  • 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp vanilla and sea salt

  • 1/2 coconut oil or vegetable oil

  • 3/4 sweetener (honey, agave, maple)

  • nuts of choice, raisins, seeds or choc chips to garnish

Preheat oven at 165°. Melt the sweetener and oil together. Add

vanilla and salt. Mix all dry ingredients together and pour the wet

ones over. Mix mix. Lay and even and not to thick layer On a tray

bake for 30/40min mixing every 10/15min until golden. Take the

granola out of the oven and DO NOT touch it until completely

cool down for the biggest clusters. Then add toppings.


good combos are: almonds, vanilla, honey and sunflower seeds.

Classic maple sirup and pecan nuts. Gourmand chocolate chips,

hazelnuts and cranberries or if you're bold honey pistachio and

orange blossom.
